Currently it idles with the walbro carb but at half throttle it sounds like its rpms are way to high. I'm wondering if they sell a different carb for it that had a throttle ...

Wheel Horse. Wheel Horse Electrical. Won't crank. The last time my wife used the Wheel Horse 310-8 (Kohler) is worked perfectly. No starting issues at all. The next time she used it (about a week later) it would not crank. Absolutely nothing would happen. I cleaned all of the battery connections and they were fine.There is a drain plug in the bottom of the transmission just to the left of the hitch. It should use a 1/4" Allen wrench to remove.
